To be able to gather data for this research, a survey and two interviews were conducted. This was done so as to gather information from both the creators of the website and the audience of the website, which are the members of the youth ministry.

The questionnaire used asked basic information such as knowledge of the website, opinions on its necessity, etc, while the interview questions where more precise in asking the more concrete information about the website and its implementation.

Respondents
For the survey, thirty (30) respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This is twenty-five percent (25%) of the total population of the Youth Ministry.

Interviews with the Youth Ministry Head, Ryan Gudani and with the Webmaster of the site, Carlos Arellano were done to be able to obtain information about the website, its objectives, and the problems they encountered with its implementation and management. The researchers believe that the two interviewees were most credible for obtaining important and concrete information needed for this research because they were those who were part of the decision-making process of the implementation of the website.
